Went to Olive Garden next door and had great service and food.
Used to be favorite...got COLD coffee, bottom of pot and was told it was espresso cause it tasted horrible...really? Far as I know they don't serve espresso. Waited so long (15 min. At least to get hot coffee) then our meal...ughhh, pink I mean pink, uncooked ribs...cold vegetable and potatoes.
Despite large numbers of people and a sports bar the atmosphere is relatively quiet. There are wheelchair and walker ramps. The lighting is not overly bright but it is lighter than most trendy restaurants. Wait staff is polite and friendly. Service is mot fast food because each meal is prepared individually. The selections are varied and the food delicious. Alcoholic drinks are well made and generous in portion, if pricy. Sadly, unlike sodas or coffee there are no free refills
Have had some of my best ribs ever. They were very meaty, tender and fell off the bone easily. They are running a $12.99 special on a full rack of ribs. Offer a very tasty Jack Daniels and regular barbeque sauces for the ribs. Great service. A higher priced menu. Great desserts, especially Vanilla Bean Cheesecake.
Nice atmosphere, food and drinks. Enjoyed having lunch with long time friends.
Used to love the jack Daniels ribs...so disappointed
We got up to leave cause patience gone by now and was starving. Told host bout our experience cause couldn't find waitress...he just said "sorry". Didn't get a manager and didn't care what we thought which was said very nicely and calm.
It's okay - Typical chain. It's pretty busy since it's so close to the mall. The last time my family and I were there, we were seated in an awful corner table against the window where people were sitting waited for a table. It was like we were gold fish in a tiny bowl. There was no slave and we were right up against another family at an adjacent table. It was very uncomfortable. The food comes out pretty quickly and is average. Overall, it's okay.
