First time trying it and I was very impressed. The restaurant was clean and the food was flavorful. They let you sample food before you get it to help you decide
We went there for the first time last night and needless to say it was unsatisfactory. We visited around 5:30 pm and were told that they were out of many things because they were waiting on a truck delivery...how does a restaurant run out of items?? Poor ordering and lack of management if you ask me. Working in the food service industry it is uncalled for being a chain restaurant. The food we ordered was nothing spectacular and the staff seemed to having some type of get together as they were carrying on behind that counter. Prices were what we expected but the quality was nothing great. Very disappointed as I was hoping this would bring another chinese good place to the area since they are hard to find in the east.
Not at all trilled about this place very poor quality food... Poor excuse for Chinese food nothing is hot or fresh it all taste like its been under heat lamps for days... Price is very cheap but it shows in thw quality.
The first time I went was in May when they had their grand opening in Monroeville. I was really excited because I don't know of any others even within a couple hours of Pittsburgh! The food was fresh and all of the entrees and sides are readily available. I really appreciated the complementary bowl when you used the coupon code for the grand opening. The thing I love the most about Panda Express is the deliciousness and authenticity of the food itself WITHOUT restaurant prices. Additionally, by no means, is this like the crappy mall court Chinese spots ( in which I refuse to eat). The location is decent; it gets a little crowded where the line stretches out the door, but that's the least of my worries. Lastly, they carry Pepsi products; I love coke products but whatever. I love it! Keep up the good work!
Not really a big fan of. My first and only time eating here I received undercooked noodles and the food was cold. Bot on the positive side of things you get a lot of food for your money
