The store is pretty clean and the workers are friendly. My major problem is that they told me and my roommate that applying for their credit cards wouldn't affect our credit because it's a soft inquiry. It was actually a hard inquiry and dropped my credit score down by 20 points.
Had a really great experience with Jake. He helped me through the entire process of getting my puppy, made it really easy, and was extremely patient the whole time. She's happy and healthy and I couldn't be more pleased!
I went to look at puppies to get an idea on what kind of dog, and the lady who I assume was the manager was really rude and only let us see 2 dogs, and didn't smile once. dogs are fantastic there, some employees don't know what they're doing but it's worth it for these dogs.
I thought you wanted to sell dogs, not hoard them in bad conditions for 5 times a reasonable price. You all are a bunch of highway robbers. Get your head checked! I can 4-5 dogs from a reputable breeder with championship bloodline.

I went to get my kids a pair of rats..the one my kids wanted def had boy parts in my opinion we said something to the guy selling us the rat's he said let me double check in the back..came back and said nope both are girls we only sell girls..so we got both rat's we had wanted went home ..well we had issues with water bottle went back today took rat's eith us to ha e resexed as I showed pix of our rats to ppl who are experienced with sexing rat's and they all said boy for the one tho pet land again said nope it's a girl we only carry girls...so i then posted on rat website and in rat rescues they all said most def a male..well my kids are attached and I must say I am also..petland will not make things right for their screw up refuses to help pay for the neutering if make rat which ranges from 25 to 100 bucks. They are rude unprofessional and don't want bothered..never again will I do business there

Bought a dog from there 2 years ago, spent an outrageous $1500 but hey love the dog and she's great. Call today about same breed they have as we want another dog... Same age we bought our first dog, same exact breed, same colors.. $3500?!?!?!? Are you INSANE?!?!?!
