This pet store is massive! They offer great selections of food and toys for dogs, cats, rodents, birds & more. I've never seen a pet store that offered so many different types of bird food. The pets at the front of the store were also very fun to interact with. I highly recommend checking Burton's Total Pet out if you're in the area.
I think they have horrible service like the employes are always so nasty like if your not happy with your job quit but they have have mean hamsters and not a good variety of dwarfs they are all red eyed and back to the mean employes they are all so mean I have been to two locations for their store and once again mean employes! I recommend go to petco , petsmart or peatland their service is wonderful I have even made friends with the employes that's how nice they are but in conclusion GET NICER AND HAPPIER EMPLOYES!!!! I would give this store a .5 star out of 5
The past 3 months I have gone to the store in Monroeville they have looked like they are closing! Shelves are close to empty! When I ask they tell me it is a problem with the supplier. For 3 months?
Knowledgeable staff, great place to find natural foods for pets with medical issues.
The girls were super nice. And helped me start a dubia roach colony.
