I highly recommend these people. Here's my experience. Brought in my cat because he was very sick, barely able to walk. The initial diagnosis wasn't good, but still hopeful. They did more tests, and the new diagnosis was very bad.

I really recommend this pet hospital. The spot is very clean. They have coffee and water in the waiting room. Snacks and drinks machine. My little puppy Lily felt down from the car, I took her as soon as possible to make sure she didn't break her leg. Staffs were nice even days after I was there, veteninary was very attentive calling to check how my puppy was doing. I would thanks specially the front desk staff Julia who were very nice and helpful to me with insurance paperwork!!

When it was time to say goodbye to my friend, they gave me as much time as I needed with him, at no point did they try to rush anything, and always asked if I was ready at each steop. Through it all, they were very sympathetic and understanding, at no point did I feel embarrassed. Thank you.

I cannot say greater things about AVETS if I tried. My boyfriend brought our rabbit in with severe respiratory distress, and as soon as he mentioned her shortness of breath they took her back and put her on oxygen; thanks to that quick action, our Dixie was stabilized long enough for me to get there and say our last goodbyes before she passed. They even let us go back into the ER to see her while she was in the oxygen unit (a courtesy that Camp Horne would not extend to us when we visited them 2 days prior).

Throughout this, the doctor and staff were kind and supportive. The doctor presented all options without any pressure or trying to guilt me into anything. They explained every step they would take with all options and the an estimated cost for every plan of treatment. They answered any questions I had. When the new tests showed a change in the diagnosis, they called me very promptly to give me this new information, and explained the new treatment options with the same level of care as before.

Our vet, Dr Jones, was wonderful. He walked us through everything that was happening with our Dixie and laid out all of our options. Dr Jones answered any questions we had and spent a good deal of time. He took great care not to show any judgement based on the option we chose. Ultimately we chose to put our rabbit to sleep and he made sure that we got plenty of time to say goodbye to her before she went back.

I am so grateful for the care that I received for my cat while she was hospitalized. It was a very stressful and scary situation but all of the doctors and techs made me feel better. They took the time to explain everything to me and I never felt pressured to make decisions regarding care. I was also able to visit as many times and as long as I wanted until they needed to do treatments. It was expensive, but the care I received equaled the expense for around the clock care. Thank you AVETS for everything.

If we ever have an issue again, we will certainly return here. If you have an exotic animal, you likely won't get better emergency care anywhere else.

Despite the hard nature of the situation all of the staff were so considerate. We did not endure a long wait, and the techs made sure that Dixie was as comfortable as possible.

My golden had to go to the ER after getting into some thanksgiving leftovers. He was vomiting and had diarrhea. I am incredibly impressed with how they managed the amount of people and pets that came through. Despite how busy it was we were treated with compassion and kindness. It was a long day, but they let us leave him to get something to eat while they took care of him. Thanks to all the doctors and staff for the work that you do, I witnessed how difficult your job can be and we would be in a bind if you werent there for us when we needed you.
