This is a typical franchise pet store. But, this location offers a pet salon, daycare facility, boarding and veterinary services. And, the staff tries to be as helpful as possible.
We take our wonderful Sadie here. She LOVES the people. They're amazing with her. She always has a blast going through the aisles and finding new toys and treats. The staff are great with all of the animals. The place is clean. There are stations around the store if your pet does make a mess.
Went to buy fish, walked around the store for 25 min. Couldn't find a single employee to help us. The only employee that was accessable was the one woman at the only open register. She refused to acknowledge I was even there when I asked if she could page someone to help us in the fish department. I can understand her reluctance to help me as she was focused on helping the 9+ families that we're waiting in line as she was the only open register. This is the second time this store went out of it's way to not accept my money. Definitely not going back. Elmer's Aquarium is just down the road if you're looking for fish/fish accessories.
I use Banfield pet hospital and I love the vets and the techs. They were were very kind and sensitive when I had my dog put to sleep. And they were very happy to meet my new dog. The store does sell a few of the better pet foods, but, all other supplies are expensive.
Excellent service. Easy to find things. My puppy loved the Pet Hotel last time. Staff is delightful.
