The workers are always super pleasant and food is always delicious! Very clean also! Love it!
Went there while visiting the Pittsburgh area, but before deciding on Pizza Hut, I looked up pricing on-line. It said $7.99 for a 2-topping. We went to the store, ordered, and added brownies. After being charged but before picking up the pizza, I realized that they charged me $21 for a 7.99 pizza and a 5.99 brownie!!! When I said something to the woman at the register I got a very rude "that's the coupon price, you have to ASK for the coupon price"....all while she was getting the exact amount of cash out of the register....without even looking at the receipt, no reversing my card charge, etc. Seems she has done this before.
Lol! Our pizza looked like it got backed over by a truck. Mgmt, might want a few adults helping out in there.
Cannot even contact the store to place an order. Then unable to order online, where I'm then pointed to call the store. Honestly? Just close this location. I'd rather have no Pizza Hut at all in the neighborhood than a business so incapable of customer service that you can't even speak to someone.

I didn't realize that a price for a product stated on their website meant you have to ask for that price or you get charged over twice that price.
Would say that I would not eat again, but can't even eat in the first place.
My wife placed an order at 6:40 PM around 715 she called back because we haven't received our delivery. My wife sat on hold for 45 minutes and then I tried to call and sat on hold for 20 minutes no answer I personally drove down to the store where the manager there told me that they didn't place the order because the card did not go through we checked our account everything was fine I asked the manager why they didn't call he said that they tried to call but couldn't get through meanwhile my wife's phone never rang once and if it was something to do with our order not going through they should have left us a message so that we knew. I asked the manager why nobody answered their phones his response was that when they get busy he doesn't make them answer the phone that is completely ridiculous I know that I work in an industry that serves customers and if I decided not to answer my phone because I was busy I would probably lose my job this is unacceptablea nd I will never order from this Pizza Hut again
