The rate is reasonable.
I like the location of this property since I find it convenient for my business trips to Pittsburgh from Maryland. It is just off the turnpike to my arrival to Pittsburgh metro area.
Have had a four night stay here. The room is okay. The staff are friendly and the service is professional. They make you feel welcome and at home. The conference room has been nice. The grounds are clean and well maintained. My room was okay, as mentioned above...why? Well my bed was nice to look at, but horrible for sleeping on at night. A firm mattress is good for some, but this one was very firm. The parking lot would have been a comparable comfort. The bathroom was very nice. The work desk, refrigerator, TV, lighting, and closet space were great. If you like coffee, breakfast, and snacks, I recommend staying at a Hampton Inn. Like I said, this is a good place to visit, but sleeping well here is another matter. Weary travels seeking comfortable beds, be warned.

Everything was clean, the service desk was helpful, and the pool was great. Sadly, they did take out the hot tub since the last time I stayed there, but I would go back. :)
Very nice hotel. Reasonable rates. No free breakfast, but can purchase food from small eatery inside hotel. Very nice modern decor. Free parking. Forgot to take pics, but it looks just like the pics on their website.
Kudos to the management for their recruits and staff trainings.
I was there for an overnight stay for a business trip. Check in was quick, and easy. The man at the front desk was polite and well humored. Room was clean and comfortable. We were located in the room directly next to the staircase on the 3rd floor, so I was worried about some noise, but it was very quiet. The next morning we were told that breakfast was included via our company and to just give our room number. The woman working the breakfast counter the following morning was somewhat short, HOWEVER I do not believe she was properly informed of this. She was also the only person who appeared to be on staff and was working the best she could to get through the bulk of us leaving for our 730am conference. Having worked in similar situations in the past, I'd say she handled herself quite well despite looking somewhat stressed out. I have stayed in quite a few courtyarda and overall the expirience is generally the same; pleasant, accommodating, and comfortable none the less.
