I called the location apprx 215 and was told that the delivery driver still had them on the truck and would be delivered in an hour.
Very disappointed. I paid $52 with tax, for a small seasonal bouquet to be delivered to my fiance, who lives almost directly behind the florist. I made a phone order with specific directions of no carnations. It gets delivered to her, full of carnations. So I called back....and got not 1 apology. Their fix was well, we will bring u another without them. Do you realize the idea of surprising someone with flowers? That is now ruined. And then they call me back and ask what they delivered....I should of just waited and went to the grocery store and paid half as much...I only gave them the second star because they delivered same day as I called. Otherwise it would be a 1 star.
NEVER ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT FLOWERS.. FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS.. WORST experience at a flower shop ever. My husband ordered flowers for his daughters birthday in person. It was places with the manager laura. He asked for a morning delivery and they still have not arrived at 6pm.

This is the best florist around! Ive been using them for years and have never been disappointed. Great customer service, and unique arrangements at a reasonable price.
I have to say, Laura and crew did an amazing job on our centerpieces for our wedding reception. I took pictures from the Internet of flowers and colors that we would like to have in our centerpieces. Laura'said arrangements were beautiful and our families were fighting over who was going to take them home! They were delivered to the reception on time as promised. The few that we were able to keep from our families lasted for weeks. Couldn't have asked for a better florist! Highly recommend!
This place is impossible to work with and has horrible service. I began contacting this place the first week of August and my wedding is the middle of September. I sent emails inquiring about ordering flowers in bulk and the woman Laura who I worked with took DAYS to respond every single time I sent her an e-mail and she didn't seem to understand that I wanted to order bulk flowers either. We also tried to set up a time and day for me to come to the shop so that I could meet with them in person and discuss what kind of flowers I wanted to buy. She would take so long to respond to me that any opportunities that I had to drive out there (which would take me an hour to make the drive) we're already missed. I would call and leave a voicemail and would never get a call back then days later get an email finally answering any questions that I had asked in a previous email. Then I would send an email back trying to work things out and DAYS would go by before I would hear from her again. Finally it is now just a few days before my wedding and I have not been able to meet with her or figure out anything specific and I am now told that if I put an order in for flowers there is a good possibility I will not be able to get them because it is so close to my wedding day. I started contacting her a month ago! There was plenty of time for her to respond in a timely manner for us to work this out and me to be able to buy bulk flowers for my wedding day but she took so long in between responses that it is now way too close and I can't get what I was hoping to get. Thanks for nothing.
We are living out of town and now we have a disappointment of a 15 years Olds birthday as no flowers, balloons or the teddy bear.
