Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Wouldn’t check availability of products at other stores. The smug people they employ basically laugh at the definition of real customer service and pass it off as corporate policy. My guess is they’ll follow Circuit City right into bankruptcy. Easier to shop online and not deal with their pompous employees.
Called to confirm an item was available in store before driving out to get it. They informed me it is best to order online and pick up the item same or next day to ensure it is held. Went to the store next day, they did not have an item held for me and informed me that the confirmation of pick up ready email was not always accurate. Had to then cancle my order myself because the employee was too lazy to do it and then find the item because he was to busy to even point me in the right direction. Definitely never coming back to this store.
Staff are helpful when you can find one that is available. I found a deal for a 28" Samsung TV that was comparable to Amazon. Definitely worth working with a local store if there are issues. Luckily there were none.
I was looking to buy a new laptop and the first worker was very helpful in assisting me in my search. However, another worker took over from there and was dismissive and unhelpful. I asked for the space gray color for my Apple laptop and he pulls out what looks to be silver, so I ask if it was space gray and he pretends to look at it and tells me it is space gray. Long story short, I receive my laptop for Christmas and it is silver. I’m not going to be going back to this Best Buy or many others after this since the employee was simply looking to just make a sale, knowing they probably didn’t have space gray in stock.
Great service... I feel very confident purchasing from here and they have good financing options.
