I called BC Electric Thursday morning after waiting a week for another electrician to show (and never did), and Bob came out that evening. He went over all my problems regarding my electrical service and explained in detail what I needed. By the next morning I had no electric, phone or internet so I called Bob immediately. Bob sympathized with my dyer situation and expediently scheduled me for the following Monday and by 2:00 PM I was up and running. This company is compassionate, reasonable and reliable. The crew that came to my house (Dave and another fellow (sorry didn't know his name) were so efficient and neat. They worked quickly and professionally. They were even careful not to let my cats out. The inspector was at my house by 2:00 PM the same day and continued to praise their work. This is the best experience I have ever had for something you never want to see happen.
