Dropped my truck off to figure out where a knock was coming from and to fix it. They took 24 hours to tell me it was a tie rod, and charged me $300. After immediately leaving the shop I noticed the knock was still there and my truck is still not safely drivable. I return it back to the shop; they keep my truck for 3 days. I specifically stated if it's a job they can't do I'll take it to the dealer, and they assured me they could fix it. On the 3rd day I went to the shop and waited for hours, only for them to tell me they can't figure out what's wrong with the truck. Biggest waste of time and money I've spent with a repair shop.
Dropped my car off for inspection and told me I needed a muffler but they couldn't find one for my car. I get a call a little later and was told they found one for over 600.00 dollars! I told them to just give me my car back and took it someplace else and was told nothing was wrong with the muffler. Don't go there!
For the most part, the staff is friendly and helpful with questions. However, I feel uncomfortable when the manager is working, as he is always in a rush and makes you feel uncomfortable with his answers if you ask any questions.
I like taking my car here, I think they do a decent job and are accurate with time and cost estimates. They have a good selection of tires and offer financing with their credit card. They also typically warranty work for a year.
